摘要
丁醇、苯酐的连续酯化及反应副产物丁醚的连续脱除是邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 (DBP)连续化工艺的关键。应用酯化反应动力学 ,确定了连续酯化的流程及操作条件 ,苯酐的转化率达到 99.8%以上。考核了循环醇中丁醚含量对酯化釜中过量醇的影响规律 ,确定了脱醚系统合适的进料组成为丁醚质量分数 2 0 %左右。在此进料条件下根据丁醇、丁醚、水的汽 -液 -液平衡关系 ,应用双塔流程进行丁醚的分离操作 ,使副产物丁醚连续脱除并得到高附加值的高纯度丁醚。
Continuous esterification between butyl alcohol and phthalic anhydride and continuous removal of the by-product butyl ether from recycle alcohol are key steps in continuous dibutyl phthalate(DBP) process.Based on reaction kinetics, the process flow diagram of continuous esterification and reaction conditions were set.The conversion of phthalic anhydride was over 99.8%.The effect of butyl ether concentration in the cycle alcohol on the excessive alcohol in DBP esterification reactor was studied.The suitable concentration of butyl ether entering the de-butyl ether system was about 20%.According to the vapor-liquid-liquid equilibrium of butyl alcohol,butyl ether and water,a two distillation column system was designed to remove butyl ether in recycle alcohol and to obtain high quality butyl ether.
