微波消解-原子荧光法测定生物样品中的汞、砷 被引量:16

摘要 目的建立测定生物样品中的汞、砷的方法,为含朱砂、雄黄等矿物的中成药的安全性评价提供方法学研究基础。方法以HNO3-H2SO4体系消化含Hg生物样品,以HNO3-HClO4、HNO3-H2O2体系消化含As生物样品,在0.5MPa、1.0MPa、1.5MPa压力下各微波消解2min,用断续流动-氢化物发生原子荧光光度法测定Hg、As含量。结果Hg回收率为97.3%~99.1%;As回收率为99.4%~105.7%。结论该法具有操作简便、快速、准确、灵敏、重复性好等优点,可用于生物样品中Hg、As的测定。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of mercury (Hg) and arsenic (As) contents in biological samples. Methods: Biological samples containing Hg were pretreated with digestive agents of HNO3-H2SO4 and that of As with HNO3-HClO4 and HNO3-H2O2 under the pressure of 0.5 MPa,1.0 MPa and 1.5 MPa respectively heated for 2 minutes. And then the concentrations of Hg or As were determined by intermittent flow hydride generation-atomic spectrophotofluorimetry. Results: Recoveries of Hg and As were 97.3 %~99.1 %and 99.4 %~105.7 %respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitivite and with good reproducibility and is suitable for the determination of Hg and As contents in biological samples.
