低温营养液保存羊膜在眼表重建中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :评价用低温营养液保存的羊膜在眼表疾病手术中应用的效果。方法 :对 5 4例 (5 8只眼 )眼表疾病患者施行眼表重建手术 ,其中 34例 38只眼用低温营养液保存的羊膜 ,并与用新鲜羊膜移植的 2 0例 2 0只眼作对照。结果 :新鲜羊膜与营养液保存羊膜在眼表重建中均有良好的作用 ,手术后早期 ,尤其是术后第 1~ 2天新鲜羊膜的上皮完整性略优于营养液保存羊膜 ,但差异无显著性 ,7天后新鲜羊膜与营养液保存羊膜修复情况相同 ;两组角膜上皮均于术后 8天完全修复。两组羊膜移植治疗患者在术后视力恢复、术后反应、羊膜成活率等对照无显著性差异。结论 :低温营养液保存对羊膜损伤小 ,破坏少 ,有利于羊膜活性成分的保存。新鲜和低温营养液保存羊膜均可有效地用于重建眼表缺损 ,对治疗眼表疾病具有安全有效 ,恢复快 。 Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of amniotic membrane used in ocular surface reconstruction.The amniotic membrane had been kept in nourishing liquid at low temperature.Method:54 patients(58 eyes) with ocular disorders were admitted for ocular surface reconstruction with amniotic membrane transplantation.Of the 54 patients,the amniotic membrane used in 34 patients(38 eyes) had been kept in nourishing liquid at low temperature(-40.0℃),while fresh amniotic membranes were used in 20 patients (20 eyes) as control group.Results:All the ocular surface disorders in both groups recovered.In the early postoperative period,especially at the first and second days,there was some differences in the epithelium integrety of the transplanted amniotic membrane,but 1 week later there was no difference.The cornea epithelium recovered completely at the 8th postoperative day in both groups.There were no differences in improvement of vision,postoperative reaction and survival rate of amniotic membrane between these two groups.Conclusions:Amniotic membrane kept in nourishing liquid at low temperature can be used for ocular surface reconstrucrion.It is safe,convenient and effective with rapid recovery of ocular surface disorders.
