摘要
为探索经济施用氮肥及其对杂交早稻威优35稻谷产量和糙米中无机元素营养品质的影响,利用等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)等测定了糙米中14种无机元素的含量。结果表明,在6个施氮水平上,稻谷产量以10kgN处理最高,单位N肥增产量以5kgN处理最高;而且,随施N量增加,糙米中N、S、Cu和Mo含量显著提高,其中K、Mg、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ba等元素含量则与对照无显著差异。与此同时对施N量与糙米、稻草的无机元素含量以及元素间的数量关系也进行了分析。
For studying different level of nitrogen application on the effects of grain yield and inorganic element contents in (?)raw and brown rice of early hybrid rice variety Weiyou 35, 14 elements were determined by using traditional and ICP-AES methods. Among 6 treatments of N applying the highest grain yield was obtained when 10 kg/mu of nitrogen was applied, while highest efficiency of unit nitrogen for grain yield was 5kg/mu of nitrogen. The contents of N, S, Cu and Mo in brown rice were raised significantly. With the increase of nitrogen fertilizer there are significant difference in raising the contents of B, Ca as compare to the Ck plot, but no significant difference was found in Mg, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ba and Sr etc. The relationships between different nitrogen levels and element contents in brown rice and straw were also discussed.
