摘要 在融熔状态下 ,利用 Friedel- Crafts烷基化反应就地增容 L LDPE/ PS合金 ,考察了催化剂品种、用量、温度、时间等对接枝比及合金性能的影响。结果显示 ,无水三氯化铝为一有效催化剂 ,对于 LL DPE/PS=70 / 30共混物 ,加入 1%无水三氯化铝 ,12 0℃ ,混炼 5 min,可获得较高力学性能的合金。 In this paper,a copolymer of LLDPE g PS can be formed during melt blending of linear low density Polyethylene/polystyrene(LLDPE/PS) blends via a Friedel crafts benzene ring alkylation of the PS. The effects of the kinds of Lewis acid, catalyst concentration, the temperature and the time of the melt mixing on the grafting ratio were examined. The results showed that aluminum chloride is the most efficient catalyst, and the mixing conditions for acquiring optimum grafting ratio for LLDPE/PS=70/30 blends are that about one percent of AlCl 3 adding, the time of the melt mixing is 5 min at 120 ℃, the more the temperature and the concentration of AlCl 3 were high, the more the decomposition of the polymer was serious. The copolymer served the function of compatibilizer in the LLDPE/PS blends, and therefore, raised the mechanical properties of the blends.
