摘要
〔目的〕应用不同温度对陈皮样品进行高温灰化处理 ,并用原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、锌、铁、锶和锰的含量。〔方法〕以 6 0 0℃为最佳灰化温度 ,对样品进行各个元素加标回收试验。〔结果〕测定的回收率(n =5 )在 90 .6 %~ 10 8.3%范围 ,相对标准偏差RSD(n =5 )在 2 .8%~ 6 .0 %之间。〔结论〕结果令人满意。
睴bjective〕 To determine the contents of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, strontium and manganese in Chenpi. 〔Methods〕 The samples were pretreated by means of different high temperature ashing. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the contents of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, strontium and manganese in Chenpi. 〔Results〕 The recovery rate was 90.6%-108.3% and relative standard deviation (n=5) 2.8%-6.0%. 〔Conclusions〕 The results are satisfactory.
