摘要
下丘脑错构瘤又称下丘脑神经元错构瘤,临床上极为罕见.多在婴幼儿和儿童早期发病,主要表现为性早熟或痴笑性癫癎,两者可单独出现或并存.我科近期收治1例典型的下丘脑错构瘤,经手术全切除后取得满意效果,现结合文献分析讨论如下.
