摘要
运动员的起跳动作是跳远技术的核心 ,而起跳中人体髋部应处的合理位置又是加大起跳力量的关键 .为了采用科学的训练方法 ,提高运动成绩 。
The key technique in broad jump is the take-off, the proper position of hipbone should be the key point in strengthening the tkae-off power. With a view to introduce a scientific training method and to improve students' athletic feat, the paper analyzes the effect of the position of the hip bone in the take-off during broad jumping, emphasizing the positive function of the rapid forward motion of hipbone in broad jump.
