摘要
简要介绍了工程量清单报价的概念及特点 ,详细阐述了工程造价控制的四个阶段在工程量清单下应注意的要点 ,并提出了相关的几个应注意的问题 ,即造价管理单位、建设单位、施工单位。
In this article the conception and characteristics of engineering quantity list quotation are simply introduced and the four stage of engineering cost control are elaborated in detail. According to key points of engineering quantity list some corresponding problems needing attention are proposed which are the works of cost management party, construction party, party A and cost consultant party in implementing engineering quantity list quotation.
