摘要
本研究在对低铝劣质铝矾土进行低温煅烧或增钙活化的基础上 ,配以适量硬石膏制成铝矾土膨胀剂。试验表明 ,铝矾土膨胀剂完全符合《混凝土膨胀剂》JC476— 92的各项要求 ,适用于不同产地的 52 5和 42 5水泥 ,作者认为 ,铝矾士膨胀砂浆或混凝土的膨胀主要因高硫铝C—S—H凝胶的形成和吸水膨胀而产生。
This paper presents the study of bauxite expansive agent made by mixing activated low-grade bauxite and anhydrite on the basis of low temperature calcined low-grade bauxite with or without limestone.The tests indicate that bauxite expansive agent meet requirement specified in Chinese standard JC476-92'Expansive Agent for Concrete'and be compatible with grade 525 and 425 cement from different plants.The author thinks that the formation of C-S-H with significant SO\-3,Al\-2O\-3 and its adsorbing water are responsible for the expansion of bauxite expansive mortar of concrete.
