摘要
为了纠正现行的适应性教育的弊端 ,必须强调人才培养的超越性 ;在人才知识能力的教育培养方面 ,要把学生善于学习、善于创造的意识和能力的培养放在首要和中心的地位 ;在人才培养的价值观方面 ,要把教育服务社会、服从社会现实需要与关注人的自身发展和对学生主体性。
In order to rectify the malpractice of utilitarianism in current education, the transcendency of education in exploiting human resource must be emphasized. Ability-cultivating should be put on the key point which includes developing students' consciousness and abilities for their being good at studying and creating . Values-shaping education should serve society ,meet the needs of social reality, pay more attention to students' self-development, and cultivate students' initiative and their conscious dynamic.
