Study on Quinoa Characteristics in Central and Southern Hebei

摘要 Quinoa is rich in nutrients and has high economic value,which attracts people's attention.Given that the quinoa has not yet been planted in the low-altitude Central and Southern Hebei plain,we used the quinoa seeds from five different habitats in China to conduct a planting test under different date of seeding in the low-altitude Central and Southern Hebei plain,and obtained the comprehensive data about the phenophase and agronomic traits of quinoa in this region.The test results showed that the grain quinoa should not be planted in Central and Southern Hebei plain,the limiting factors were identified,and a new way for local development of vegetable quinoa was found.
