摘要
本文用过程繁杂的HPLC柱后衍生法测定黄曲霉毒素的不确定度 ,依据分层建模评定理论进行了评定。对样品的均匀性、检测分散性及提取、净化、仪器检测等过程引起的不确定度进行了逐层分析 ,确定了各分量的分布类型 ,并进行了分步计算和整体合成。评定过程清晰合理 ,影响因素不遗漏、不重复 。
The uncertainty of determination of aflatoxin by HPLC post column derivation method, whose process is relatively complex, is evaluated based on the theory of layer modeling evaluation. The models of each sub variables are established under the individual analysis of the uncertainty caused by the homogeneity of sample, dispersion of measure and the processes such as extraction, purification and instrumental detection etc. The uncertainties are determined step by step and composed for the whole determination procedure. The evaluation procedures are clear and reasonable. No factor loss or duplicate. The idea can be used for reference in uncertainty evaluation of other HPLC methods.
