本实验表明,艾灸“关元”可以使荷瘤小鼠的细胞和体液免疫功能维持在正常或较高水平。艾灸疗法的这一免疫调节功能可能是艾灸疗法的适当刺激,引起了亮氨酸一脑啡肽和甲硫氨酸一脑啡肽从垂体及肾上腺髓质等处释放入血增加,这些肽类激素作用于免疫细胞表面受体,从而调节了荷癌小鼠紊乱的免疫功能。
This experiment demonstrated that the moxibustion treat- ment on Cuanyuan point (Cv 4) could keep at normal or the relatively higher level the cellular and humoral immunological functions of the cancer-bearing mice. The immunoregulatory mechanism of the moxibustion therapy might be that the appro- priate stimulation of moxibustion caused the increase of the Leu -ENK and Met-ENK releasing from the pituitary and the a- drenal medulla into the blood. Reacting on the receptors of the immunocyte , these peptides regulated the disordered immunolog- ical function of the cancer-bearing mice.
