摘要
目的 寻找一种简单、安全有效的青光眼手术麻醉方法。方法 根据不同手术部位分别选择鼻上侧或颞上侧球结膜下浸润麻醉。将麻醉药注射至睫状神经丛附近 ,阻断睫状长神经对角膜、前部巩膜以及虹膜的支配 ,达到麻醉的目的。结果 在疼觉情况和眼球运动方面 ,观察组和对照组均无明显差异。观察组无任何副作用而对照组有 1例致球后出血。结论 在青光眼手术中 ,球结膜浸润麻醉完全可以代替球后麻醉 ,值得推广。
Objective To search for a simple,safe and effective anesthesia method during glaucoma operation.Methods According to different operative location 2% lidocaine was injected into the nasal superior quadrant or temporal quadrant subconjunctively near ganglion ciliary.Results 220 eyes with glaucoma were operated under conjunctive anesthesia,without pain sense and any side effect.Conclusion Subconjunctival anesthesia may substitute retrobulbar anesthesia in glaucoma surgery.
