提升大学生创业能力的多维技术功效模型构建

摘要 大学生创业者可能会因为技术研发方向错误和专利布局不合理而使创业陷入困境。研究考虑构建一种多维技术功效模型,旨在帮助大学生创业者准确预测技术方向,制定出科学的专利布局策略,在一定程度上提高大学生创新创业能力。研究在剖析传统二维、三维技术功效模型局限性的基础上,将'高价值专利'与'地域'等因素引入到三维技术功效模型之中,构建多维技术功效模型,最后采用大疆在农用喷药无人机领域的专利数据进行实证研究,以验证该模型的适用性。通过解读该模型中的'高价值专利'分布情况,可帮助大学生创业者识别出'重要等级'较高的技术功效分支,进而确定出正确的技术研发方向;通过研究各技术功效分支的'专利地域布局'状况,能够清楚了解技术领域的市场竞争现状,为制定专利布局策略提供了科学依据,为提升大学生创新创业能力做出贡献。 College student entrepreneurs may get into trouble because of the wrong direction of research and development and the unreasonable patent layout.This paper develops a multidimensional technology-effect model to help college entrepreneurs accurately predict the technical direction,make the scientific strategy of patent layout,discover potential technological opportunities,and improve the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students to a certain extent.Based on the analysis of the limitations of traditional 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional technology-effect model,the paper introduces'high value patent'and'regional'factors into the 3-dimensional technology-effect model,constructs multidimensional technology-effect model,and finally implements empirical study through using the DJI patent data in the field of agricultural spraying drone to verify the applicability of the model.By interpreting the distribution of'high-value patent'of this model,college student entrepreneurs can identify the technology-effect branches with higher'important level',and then determine the correct direction of research and development.By studying the status of'patent regional layout'of each technology-effect branch,the current situation of market competition in the technical field can be clearly understood,which provides scientific basis for the formulation of patent layout strategy and helps to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students.
