摘要
新时期药学研究生的大幅招生虽然缓解了研究生入学需求,但也加重了其就业的承受力度,研究生培养与就业中新问题层出不穷,引起了各界人士的广泛关注。本文以广东省药学研究生就业形势和现阶段研究生的培养模式为背景,深层次剖析了研究生就业状况及成因,并进一步探索创新教育下药学研究生培养模式的改革。
although a growing number of pharmacy graduate students enrollment in the new era has eased the graduate admission demands, the number exceedingly goes beyond employment vacancies. New graduate employment problems emerge endlessly, even showing a white hot trend, which has caused the wide attention of people from all walks of life. This paper studies pharmaceutical students employment situation and present stage graduate training model in Guangdong Province, deeply analyzes the causes of the employment status of graduate students, and further explores pharmaceutical graduate employment training mode under innovative education in Guangdong Province.
