摘要
目的:研究品管圈活动对压疮高危患者的护理作用。方法:将2014年1月-2015年9月期间收治的62例压疮高危患者作为观察对象,以数字随机法的方式将其分成常规组和实验组(n=31名),常规组患者采用普通方式进行日常护理,实验组患者则采用品管圈护理方式进行日常护理。结果:实验组患者压疮发生率9.7%,明显低于常规组患者压疮发生率35.5%(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度评分(93.7±1.4)分,明显优于常规组患者的护理满意度评分(75.6±1.5)分(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动对压疮高危患者的护理作用显著,对于促进医院甚至整个护理行业的发展具有非常重要的价值。
Objective:To study the nursing effect of the circle of products on the high risk of pressure ulcer in patients with high risk of pressure ulcer. Methods: in hospital in January 2014 to 2015 September admitted during the period of 62 patients at high risk of pressure ulcer as the observation object, to randomly will be divided into normal group and experimental group(n=31), regular group of patients by general routine care, patients in the experimental group mining activities circle tube nursing daily care. Results: in the experimental group the incidence of pressure ulcers in 9.7% was significantly lower than that of the conventional group the incidence of pressure ulcers in 35.5%(P<0.05); patients in the experimental group nursing satisfaction score(93.7±1.4) is obviously superior to the conventional group patients nursing satisfaction scores(75.6±1.5)(P<0.05). Conclusion: the QCC activity of patients at high risk of pressure ulcer care significantly,has very important value in promoting the development of hospital and the nursing profession.
