改良砷铈催化分光光度法测定水中碘 被引量:6

Spectrophotometric determination of iodine in water by modified arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry

摘要 目的建立快速简单的水中碘含量测定方法。方法使用尿碘低砷试剂,保持亚砷酸加入量不变,硫酸铈铵加入量提高到0.40 ml,反应时间为13~15 min,波长400 nm处比色。结果水中碘的线性范围为0~100μg/L,相关系数为0.9996~1.000,方法检出限为0.96μg/L,加标回收率为99.2%~100.4%,精密度(RSD)为0.19%~0.64%。使用本法和考核指定的标准方法同时测定水碘质控样品,结果差异无统计学意义(t_1=1.531,P_1>0.05;t_2=1.466,P_2>0.05;t_3=1.069,P_3>0.05)。结论改良的砷铈催化分光光度法,操作简单,线性范围宽,精密度和准确性均能满足水中碘测定要求。 Objective In order to establish a rapid and simple method for determining iodine in water.Methods The dosage of arsenite was kept constant by using urinary iodine and low arsenic reagent. The dosage of ammonium ceric sulfate was increased to 0.40 ml, the reaction time was 13-15 min, and the colorimetric wavelength was 400 nm.Results The linear range of iodine in water is 0-100 ug/L, the correlation coefficient is 0.9996-1.000, the detection limit is 0.96 ug/L, the recovery of standard addition is 99.2%-100.4%, and the precision(RSD) is 0.19%-0.64%. Simultaneous determination of water iodine quality control samples by this method and the standard method specified by the examination showed no significant difference(t1=1.531, P1>0.05. t2=1.466, P2>0.05. t3=1.069, P3>0.05).Conclusion The modified arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry has the advantages of simple operation, wide linear range, precision and accuracy, which can meet the requirements of iodine determination in water.
