摘要
目的了解近2年公共卫生硕士学位论文英文摘要写作现状,为公共卫生专业医学生提高论文英文摘要写作水平提供理论基础。方法系统检索中国知网CNKI下中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库,在2012年和2013年被授予硕士学位的公共卫生专业的论文中,随机选取了210篇优秀硕士论文英文摘要,对摘要中出现的写作错误数量和5类常见的写作问题进行统计分析。结果公共卫生硕士学位论文英文摘要中错误量为4个的最多,超过总样本量15%,而通篇没有错误的不超过总样本量的7%;摘要中出现的5类常见写作问题中用词错误率最大,为21.8%,其次是时态和语态错误,占21.3%,指代不清和冗余现象占21.1%,句法语篇逻辑类错误占20.6%,语法词义类错误占15.2%。结论公共卫生硕士学位论文英文摘要写作中存在较多语言错误,应采取多种措施提高公共卫生专业医学生论文英文摘要写作水平。
Objective Getting to know the English abstract writing status of the medico thesis of Public Health,laying the foundation for improving the English abstract writing standard in MPH thesis.Methods The author randomly selected 210 outstanding postgraduates'theses whom authors had got Master Degree in 2012 and 2013,which from 7 professional categories in Preventive Medicine and Epidemiology as samples,as a first level discipline,which from China Master’s Theses Full-text Database(CMFD),used the research methods of mathemat-ical statistics and analysis on the number of errors and the common problems in abstract writing.Results English abstracts with 4 errors were the most,the percentage was more than 15% of the total sample size,and the percentage of abstracts with no errors did not exceed 7%;in 5 types of common writing problems,the error rate of misnomer or improper word choice was 21.8%,followed by temporal and voice error,ac-counted for 21.3%,the rate of ambiguous reference of pronouns was 21.1%,syntactic and discourse logic errors accounted for 20.6%,gram-mar semantic errors accounted for 15.2%.Conclusion The research found that many writing errors and various language problems existed in the English abstracts of MPH medico theses.College should take various measures to improve the writing level of English abstract.
