双腔气管导管插管的可视化技术新进展 被引量:6

摘要 双腔气管导管作为一种特殊的气管导管,在一些特定的手术中,用于隔离双肺,起到保护一侧肺能正常通气的作用。较普通导管而言,双腔气管导管管身更长,管径更粗,且质地坚硬难以塑形,使得插管过程更为困难,因此对麻醉医师的插管技术要求也更高;加之如患者存在困难气道,或者普通喉镜暴露下C-L暴露分级为III-IV级时,则更难以完成双腔气管导管插管。随着可视化技术的发展,
