摘要
目的建立益胆胶囊中甘草酸含量测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2 mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1),检测波长为250 nm。结果甘草酸在10.15~101.50 mg·L-1范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.54%,RSD为0.64%(n=6)。结论该法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为益胆胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Yidan capsule. Methods HPLC method was used in the quantitative analysis using a Diamonsil C18( 250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column. The mobile phase was methanol-0.2 mol·L- 1ammonium acetate- acetic acid( 67∶33∶1) and detecting wavelength was 250 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range between 10. 15 and 101. 5 mg·L- 1for glycyrrhizic acid( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 97. 54% and RSD was0. 64%( n = 6). Conclusions This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and available for the quality control of Yidan capsules.
