摘要
应用位错力学分析了切削时金属材料的临界剪应力比理论计算值小 ,比材料试验值大的原因 ,基于位错力学推导出切削过程中临界剪应力的计算新公式 。
With theory of dislocation mechanics, the essay analyses the reasons why the critical shearing stress to metal being cut is less than theoretical calculation value but more than material experiment solution. And it, based on dislocation mechanics, deduces a new formula for calculating the critical shearing stress to metal being cut, and discusses the influencing factors.
