摘要Seven new alkylenedibiguanides were synthesized and comfirmed by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses. The preliminary test in vitro showed that some of them had potential antibacterial activities.设计合成了 7个二双胍烷烃盐酸盐 ,均为新化合物 ,其结构经核磁、质谱、元素分析证实。
