摘要
本文采用药剂定量滴加法和浸渍法 ,分别测定了灭蝇胺等杀虫剂对葱蝇 1龄幼虫和 3龄幼虫的毒力 ,观察了灭蝇胺的致毒效应。结果表明 ,灭蝇胺对葱蝇 1龄和 3龄幼虫的LC50 分别是4.7776mg/L和 10 .2 149mg/L ,毒力较高 ;灭蝇胺处理 1龄幼虫 ,使之不能正常蜕皮而死亡 ;处理 3龄幼虫 ,高浓度导致幼虫死亡 ,低浓度导致畸形蛹 ,且畸形蛹不能正常羽化为成虫 ,药剂的后效应显著。
Toxicity of cyromazine and the other insecticides to the first and third instar larvae of Delia antiqua was determined by the methods of dripping ration liquid and dipping respectively. The poisoning effect of cyromazine was observed also.The result demonstrated that LC 50 of cyromazine to the first and third instar larvae was 4.7776mg/L and 10.2149mg/L respectively.Cyromazine restrained ecdysis of the first instars and resulted in them died at last.To the third instars,high concentration of cyromazine caused the death of them,and low density lead them to the pupal deformity that could not emergence into adults.So,cyromazine has higher application value in the control of onion maggot.
