摘要
目的 探讨可吸收性聚乳酸管管壁厚度对周围神经再生的影响。方法 选用wister大鼠 4 5只 ,分为三组 ,分别以 0 1,0 3,0 5mm三种不同管壁厚度的聚乳酸管桥接单侧坐骨神经 10mm缺损 ,同时管内植入相同浓度的雪旺细胞和白芨胶混合液 ,旨在提高神经再生率。术后 8周、12周进行显微解剖学、组织学等检查。结果 管壁为 0 3mm的聚乳酸管内有较多的再生神经纤维 ,三个月内管壁变薄 ,但无软化变形。结论 壁厚 0 3mm的聚乳酸管为缺损的周围神经再生最佳管道。
Objective to introduce the influence of peripheral nerve regeneration through polylactic acid conduits with different wall think in the sciatic nerve in the rats. Methods Forty-five wister rats were randomly divided into three groups. Three kinds of polylactic acid conduits with 0.1, 0.3, 0.5mm wall thick bridged single lateral sciatic nerve defects for 10mm long. These conduits were injected into same concentration mixed filuds with schwann cell (SC) and Bletilla Striata gelatin (BSG), In order to improve sciatic nerve regeneration rate in three kinds of conduits. At 8, 12 weeks after the operation, we evaluated the nerve regeneration with histological method and microdissective technique. Results The conduits with 0.3mm wall thick contain a large number of regenerated myelinated axon, the walls of the conduit become thin. But not soft deform. Conclusion The polylactic acid conduits in 0.3mm wall thick is the best guide tube for perpheral nerve regeneration.
