摘要
目的:观察麦肯基疗法联合关节松动技术治疗神经根性颈椎病的疗效。方法:将70例神经根性颈椎病患者随机分为对照组(35例,采取麦肯基疗法)和治疗组(35例,采取麦肯基疗法联合关节松动技术),观察两组患者的临床疗效和颈椎功能评分、疼痛评分的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.29%,显著高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05);治疗组颈椎功能评分、疼痛评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麦肯基疗法联合关节松动技术治疗神经根性颈椎病疗效显著,可有效改善患者的颈椎功能,减轻颈椎疼痛感。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of McKenzie therapy combined with joint mobilization for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. MMeetthh-ods: 70 cases of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into control group(35 cases who treated by McKenzie therapy) and treatment group(35 cases who treated by McKenzie therapy combined with joint mobilization), observed their efficacy and changes of scores for cervical vertebra function and pain. Results: The overall response rate of treatment group was 94.29%, which was significantly higher than77.14% that of control group(P<0.05);the improvement of cervical vertebra function score and VAS score in treatment group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: McKenzie therapy combined with joint mobilization has a significant curative effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, which can effectively improve the cervical vertebra function and relieve the pain of cervical spine.
