摘要
目的:提升泽兰药材的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定样品中迷迭香酸含量;照《中国药典》(2015年版)通则方法,测定样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物。结果:泽兰的TLC图斑点清晰、分离度好;迷迭香酸在0.01~1.0μg之间有良好线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率为102. 96%,RSD为0.34%;10批泽兰样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水浸出物及70%乙醇浸出物的平均值分别为8. 81%、4. 96%、0. 34%、22.42%、16. 19%。结论:该研究建立的方法简单、准确、重复性好,可有效控制泽兰药材的质量。
Objective:To improve the quality standards for Lycopi Herbs.Methods:TLC was used to qualitatively identify the medicinal materials.The content of rosmarinic acid was determined by HPLC.The water content,total ash content,acid-insoluble ash content,extractives were determined according to the'General Principles of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia'(20 1 5 edition).Results:The bands of TLC chromatograph of Lycopi Herba were distinct and reproducible.Rosmarinic acid content has a good linear relationship(r=0.9991)between 0.01μg and 1.0μg,with an average recovery of 102.96%and an RSD of 0.34%.The average values of water content,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,water extract and 70%ethanol extractives of the 10 batches of Lycopi Herba samples were 8.8 1%,4.96%,0.34%,22.42%,and 16.19%,respectively.Conclusion:The established methods are simple,accurate and can be used as quality standard control of the herbal medicine.
