摘要
介绍数字监控技术的基本概念，与模拟监控系统的比较，实现数字视频远程监控要解决的两大技术，以及在宁波海关物流监控中的应用。
The present paper introduces the basic concept of the digital monitoring and controlling technology in comparison with the analog monitoring arid controlling system and the two key technical problems to be solved in the realization of digital video distance monitoring and controlling as well as its application in the monitoring and controlling of the logistics in Ningbo Customs House.
