摘要
TB8钛合金是我国“九五”期间研制的新型亚稳 β型钛合金 ,其名义成分为Ti- 15MO - 3Al -2 7Nb - 0 2 5 ,可通过时效获得较宽的强度范围 ,是一种理想的航空结构材料。此次课题采用该材料代替30CrMnSiA结构钢制造某机后机身承力框 6 5框上框段三个锻件结构件的焊接组合件 (实现减重 15 %~ 2 0 % ) ,大大提高了飞机的结构效益。
TB8 titanium alloy is new type sub-stable βtype titanium alloy being developed during 'Nine and Five'period in china,whose nominal component is Ti-15Mo-3Al-2.7Nb-0.25. Wider strength range can be achieved through ageing,hence is one kind of ideal aerospace structural material.This subjiect of study adopts the said material to substitute for 30CrMnSiA structural steel to manufacture the welding assembly of the three casting structural component on the upper frame of load-bearing frame 65 on the rear fuselage of some aircraft(hence achieving to mitigate 15%~20% weight),notably improving the structural efficiency of the aircraft.
