有机盐钻井液在塔里木东河油田DH1-8-6井的应用 被引量:22

摘要 有机盐钻井液体系由水溶性加重剂Weigh2和Weigh3、降滤失剂Redu1和Redu2、无荧光白沥青NFA-25、强包被抑制剂IND10、提切剂Visco1和Visco2组成。有机盐钻井液具有流变性好、抑制性强、造壁性好、保护油气层效果好、对钻具无腐蚀,对环境无污染等特点。介绍了有机盐钻井液在DH1-8-6井的现场应用情况。应用结果表明,该井二开段井眼平均井径扩大率为5.4%;该井井底温度为134℃,在深井段取心、钻进和完井的施工中,钻井完井液性能稳定,滤失量稳中有降,取心、完井作业,3次完井电测以及下套管固井均非常顺利。该井使用FS2565钻头从井深1892 m钻至井深5120 m,进尺3228 m,钻头提出后完好无损,证明该体系能够充分清洗、冷却和保护钻头,延长钻头寿命;该井有机盐钻井液现场用浆经中国石油天然气集团公司环境监测总站检测,结果无毒。 The organic salt drilling fluid is composed of water soluble weighting agent Wl and W2, filtrate reducer R1 and R2, non-fluorescence white asphalt NFA-25, enhanced coating inhibitor IND10, and viscosifier V1 and V2. This system features in good rheological property, effective inhibition, good borewall building capability, good formation protection, free of corrosion and environment pollution, etc. Its field using in well DH1-8-6 is presented, and using results show that the average hole enlargement for the second section is 5. 4%; the BHT is 134℃, while the drilling fluid performances are stable during coring, drilling and completion, logging operations and casing running are smoothly conducted. Model FS2565 bit was used to drill from 1892 m to 5120 m, and no damages were caused on the bit, which prove its good cleaning and cooling effect for the bit. This system was tested on site and proven toxicity free.
