基于人均延误的交叉口公交专用进口道设置策略 被引量:1

摘要 基于以人为本的理念,选取人均延误作为交叉口运行效益的评价指标,结合车均延误计算模型,分别建立了交叉口进口道设置和未设置公交专用道的人均延误模型,将两种情况下的人均延误之间进行比较,制定基于人均延误的公交专用进口道设置策略,并应用于实际案例进行验证,结果表明,交叉口设置公交专用进口道时,随着公交车比例的逐渐增加,人均延误逐渐减小,当达到一定比例,其人均延误将小于未设置公交专用道情况下的人均延误,公交车专用进口道的设置将会提升交叉口的运行效益,验证了模型具有较好的适用性,能够对公交专用进口道的设置与否作出合理决策。 Based on the people-centered concept,per capita delay was selected as the evaluation index of intersection operation efficiency,and in combination with the vehicle average delay calculation model,the per capita delay model for the intersection entrance lane setting and no bus lane was established respectively.Comparisons were made between per-capita delays and the establishment of a bus-specific entrance route setting strategy based on per capita delay was applied to the actual case for verification.The results showed that when the bus entrances were set up at intersections,the per capita delay occurred as the proportion of buses increased.Gradually decrease,when reaching a certain percentage,its per capita delay will be less than the per capita delay in the absence of a bus lane.The setting of a bus import lane will increase the operational efficiency of the intersection and verify that the model has good applicability,Also it can make reasonable decisions on whether to set up a bus entrance.
