摘要
以中药为实例 ,提出用近红外光谱技术快速检测复杂物质分析体系中有效组分 .在 0 .133%~ 7.0 4 0 %浓度内 ,根据三七总皂苷在 75 0 0~ 4 0 0 0 cm- 1 的近红外吸收光谱 ,利用光纤远程传输技术 ,采用偏最小二乘算法建立校正模型 ,建立了在三七药材提取物中定量检测该物质的新方法 .交叉检验的最佳主因子数为 4 ,相关系数 R2 为99.4 3% ,交叉验证均方差为 0 .15 9% .该方法快速、准确、简便 ,适合于中药工业过程在线检测 .
Presents an analytical method using near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) to achieve rapid deter mination of the valuable constituen, in a complex chemical system such as herbal medicines. The partial least squares algorithm was used to process NIR data obtained via fiber optic long distance transmission for establishing the quantitative analytical model. The proposed method was applied for the first time for rapid quantitative determination of total saponins of Panax notoginseng at concentration 0.133% ~ 7.040% and NIR absorbance spectra of 7 500~4 000 cm -1 . The number of optimal principal factors was 4, the correlation coefficient R 2 was 99.43 % and the root mean square error of cross validation was 0.159%. The method is rapid, convenient and satisfactory, and can be applied for on line detection in industrial process.
