摘要
基于我国校园足球深入推进的背景,分析当前大学校园足球发展的现状,针对发展的不足进行分析与研究,以实现大学校园足球可持续发展为目标,结合国家相关政策要求及校园足球实践中的经验,针对如何推进大学校园足球可持续发展,尝试性地构建三元多维一体化模式,即在制度模式、保障模式及运行模式下,构建组织管理一体化、人力资源保障一体化、资本资源保障一体化、课内外教学训练一体化、竞赛与活动一体化。为大学校园足球的发展提供一定的理论依据和参考。
Based on the background of the further promotion of youth football in China,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of University football,analyzes and studies the shortcomings of the development,aiming at achieving the goal of sustainable development of university football,and combines the relevant national policy requirements and the experience of youth football practice,aiming at how to promote the sustainable development of university football.Trying to build a ternary structure and multidimensional integration model,that is,the institution model,support model and operation model,to build the integration of organization and management;human resources integration;capital and resources integration;teaching and training integration;contests and activities integration.It provides a theoretical basis and reference for the development of university football.
