摘要
将柴油主机座垫片地脚螺栓断裂与机体(含机座)—垫片—舱底(含基座)的结构刚性和结合平面间的接触刚度组成刚性系统进行了系统的分析研究。由柴油主机振动的实际测量和地脚螺栓断口的电子显微镜观察分析得出某柴油主机地脚螺栓断裂主要缘于基座—舱底刚性较差,引起柴油主机振动而形成的疲劳载荷所致,而环氧树脂垫片的蠕变及浇灌工艺不当、微动磨损则加速了疲劳断裂的过程。研究还表明,在柴油主机机座与基座之间的调整垫片必须是整体的。否则地脚螺栓同样会出现故障。至于环氧树脂垫片的可靠性是无可置疑的。
Based on the systematic studies on the fracture of the anchor bolts in the ship' s main engine bearer in related to the rigid system consist of the structural rigidity of the engine - the shim - the bottom deck and the contact rigidity of the bonding plates, and by measurement of the main engine vibration and the electron fractography of the anchor bolt, the author finds that the fractures are mainly caused by the inadequacy of the base - bottom deck rigidity system which causes the fatigue load under the vibration . And the creepage of epoxide resin shim, the improper cast concrete and the fretting wear also speed up the fracture. The study also indicates that the adjusting shim should be integral otherwise the anchor bolt would still be damaged, and as for the epoxide resin shim, its reliability is affirmative.
