摘要
随着温度的降低,黄瓜(Cucumis sativus)幼苗子叶中的 SH 基含量逐渐减少;子叶电解质泄漏逐渐提高;SH 基含量的减少与丙二醛(MDA)的增加呈负相关。在黄瓜幼苗子叶中由低温引起的 SH 含量降低和 MDA 增加可因苯甲酸钠和 Vit E 预处理而抑制,因甲基紫精(MV)预处理而加剧。随着对黄瓜幼苗预处理的 MDA 浓度的增大,幼苗子叶中 SH 基含量的降低和电解质泄漏的增加越来越剧,显示出 MDA 对 SH 基具有一定的破坏作用。
As the temperature declined,the content of sulfhydryl group decreased,the electrolyte lea- kage increased and there was a negative correlation between the decrease of sulfhydryl group and the increase of the MDA content in the cotyledons of cucumber seedlings.The decrease of the sulfhydryl group and the increase of the MDA content in cucumber seedlings were inhibi- ted by sodium benzoate(SB)and α-tocopherol(Vit E)pretreatment,but enhanced by methyl viologen(MV)pretreatment.The decrease of sulfhydryl group and the increase of electrolyte leakage in cucumber seedlings under low temperature were enhanced with the increasing of the MDA pretreated concentration,showed the MDA could have a destructive effect to sulf- hydryl group. These results suggested that the decrease of sulfhydryl group was correlated with the pe- roxidation of the membrane lipids in cucumber seedlings under chilling stress.
