耐抛光阳离子聚氨酯填充剂的合成与应用 被引量:1

Synthesis and application of cation polyurethane filling agent with the polishing property

摘要 选择分子量合适的聚醚二元醇与 TDI进行预聚 ,得到端基为 - NCO的 PU预聚体 ,用小分子二元醇及叔胺进行扩链 ,引入阳离子基团 ,再用硫酸二甲酯进行季胺化 ,制得自乳化型耐抛光阳离子聚氨酯皮革填充剂 ,产品性能稳定 ,具有粒子细、渗透力强、粘着力好的特点 ,用于牛纳巴革、苯胺革的封底涂饰 ,具有很好的耐打光、抛光性能 ,用于修面鞋面革的封底涂饰 ,具有很好的填充封底效果。重点讨论了聚合温度、反应时间、链剂用量对产物性能的影响及其在牛皮涂饰中的应用工艺。并用傅利叶红外光谱仪、Coulter LS- 2 The -NCO terminated prepolymer was prepared from diol polyether, 2,4-tolydiisocynate,and the prepolymer was extended with 1,4-butanediol and N-methyl-diethol amine to introduce cation groups,then the above product was neutralized to improve its ameliorative water dispersion.Thus cationatic polyurethane in aqueous with the good self-emulsifyingability was synthesized, used as a precoating filling agent with the superior polishing properties for shoe upper leather. The factors affecting on the product features,namely the polymerization temperature,reaction time,composition of chain extentation agent, were discussed. The structure was analysized by means of IR, and the sizes of partioles were measmed by using the coulter LS-230 laser particles distribution instrument.
