摘要
该文对醋酸菌斜面保藏培养基及液体保藏方式进行了探索 ,比较了醋酸菌斜面保藏与液体保藏的效果 ,实验表明 ,采用液体保藏醋酸菌方法更简单。
In this paper,preservation methods for acetic acid bacteria were studied,and results of slant preservation and suspension preservation were compared.The suspension preservation was more effective and simpler than slant preservation for acetic acid bacteria.
