摘要
从川黄柏(Phellodendron chinense Schneid)果的已烷萃取液中分得新三萜化合物phe-llochin,熔点173-175℃,[α]_D^(25)-84.8(C=0.10,甲醇)。其结构由解析光谱(IR,MS,NMR和COSY)而决定。
A new triterpenoid, phellochin, C_(31)H_(52)O_4 (HRMS 488.3747), mp. 173-175℃, [α]_D^(25) -84.8 (C=0.10, methanol), was isolated from the fruits of Phellodendron chinense Schneid, and its structure was established by spectroscopic methods (1R, MS, NMR and COSY).
