摘要
对含沙水域水轮机用 1Cr18Ni9Ti和 0Cr13Ni5Mo材料静态失重率、含沙自然水中电化学腐蚀性能进行了测试 ,研究了不同冲蚀速度、不同浆料含沙量条件下试验材料的腐蚀性能 ,结果表明 :含沙自然水或其它酸性介质中 ,该材料的腐蚀不容忽视 ;随着冲蚀速度和浆料含沙量的增加 ,试验材料的腐蚀失重率都增加 。
In this paper, the static mass loss rate and sand water electrochemical corrosion properties of two alloys, 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 0Cr13Ni5Mo were investigated for the hydraulic turbine material served in sand water. By adjusting the erosion conditions (e.g.speed of the abrasive grit and the content of sand in the water), the corrosion properties of the above alloys were studied.The result shows that in sand water or acid solution, the corrosion of materials in sand water allows not ignored With increasing the erosion speed or the content of sand in the water, the mass loss rate of corrosion is increased both for the two alloys, and which is different because of the different interaction between the erosive wear and the corrosion.
