摘要
清钦天监是清代职司天学的官署 ,既具有科学功能 ,也具有非科学功能。作为清代中央机构中的一个部门 ,由于职能特殊 ,与其他衙署相比 ,其管理也具有特殊性。本文考察了清初天学研究的形势 ,对清钦天监的工作管理进行了探讨 ;同时在与明钦天监比较的基础上 ,对清钦天监的人员管理进行了研究。
The Qing Dynasty Astronomical Bureau(Qintian Jian)was the institution,which was responsible for the science of the Heavens and both scientific functions and nonscientific functions.Owing to its unique duty,Qintian Jian's management was different from other bureaus.The paper analyzed the situation of study of the Heavens science and pointed out the inevitable result of the developing circumstance and made a thorough inquiry the routine work management.When comparing Qintian Jian with the Ming Dynasty Astronomical bureau,the author also discussed the management of officers who served in Qing Dynasty Qintian Jinan.
