摘要
目的 应用临床视觉电生理的方法对屈光不正性弱视眼视野各部位的视功能的损害进行探讨。方法 采用德国 Roland公司的 RETIscan3.1 5多焦视觉电生理仪 ,选用 Pattern- L T刺激方式 ,刺激图形选用 CRT Combs,由 6 1个六边形组成 ,每个六边形内均由黑白相间的小区填充 ,在刺激时作黑白翻转 ,每个六边形的刺激翻转分别由一个二极伪随机时间序列 (m序列 )控制 ,是随机和相互独立的 ,用 RETI多焦电生理仪的分析软件提取 FOK(一阶反应 )。共记录和分析了 36例屈光不正性弱视儿童 72眼 ,并与正常对照组儿童作比较。结果 弱视眼 N1 - P1 波振幅密度平均值和P1 - N2 波振幅平均值较正常组儿童在中央视野有下降 ,周边部分无明显异常 ,P1 波潜伏期平均值与正常对照组儿童比较在视野各部分无明显异常。结论 屈光不正性弱视眼在中央视野 。
Objective To investigate the impariment in visual function of ametropic amblyopes across the visual field by means of clinical electrophysiological methods Methods A RETI scan 3 15 multifocal electrophysiological system made in German Roland Company was used to generate a CRT combs stimulus matrix containing 61 hexagons by means of Pattern LT on a computer monitor Each hexagon of the display contained a number of small black and white hexagonal pathes,which reversed in polarity during stimulation according to a pseudo random binary m sequence FOK(first of kernal )responses was extracted and analyzed by the RETI scan 3 15 system Data from 72 ametropic amblyopic eyes were analysed and compared with those 60 normal eyes obtained from 30 children Results In ametropic amblyopia,the multifocal VEP ampntude was reduced in the central region of the visual field in comparison with those of control No significant abnomality in latency of ametropic amblyopic eyes was found across the field Conclusion The results suggested that part of foveal deficit of visual funtion existed in ametropic amblyopia
