摘要
介绍了Sunrod针翅管技术的优化理论分析、优化性能试验研究以及不同结构的Sunrod针翅管的对比试验 ,获得了传热系数与压降计算关联式。最佳参数的Sunrod针翅管与螺纹管对比 ,强化传热最高可达 2 5 7～ 2 93倍 ,压降为光管的 4～ 5倍。
The optimization theoretic and optimization performance experiment, as well as comparing experiments of different structure Sunrod tubes were introduced The empirical formulas were obtained for calculating heat transfer and pressure drop As compared with the low finned tubes, the heat transfer coefficient of Sunrod pin fin tubes is about 2 57～2 93 times that of the low finned tubes The pressure drop is about 4～5 times that of the plain tubes
