摘要
应借鉴日本教育成功的师资培养经验。对教师管理:日本是向地方分权的“许可证”制、教师评价制及其市场化等改革趋势,而中国仍是计划性的“任命制”占主导,“聘任制”法规性操作漏洞较多。对职前教育,日本是普通高校培养的通用模式,中国则是师范院校的定向模式。对课程结构,日本须兼修文理,中国一般文理分修。对在职培训,日本重基础知识与专业业务,不与升薪晋级直接联系,中国正以学历补尝教育为主向岗位继续教育转化。我们应完善立法,调整定向型模式,教师教育评价与国际接轨。
There are differences between China and Japan in teacher training,especially in teacher management,pre-service education,in-service training,etc.It is necessary to use the experience of Japan in teacher training for reference.We should improve the relative legislation work to systematize and standardize the training of teachers,readjust the directional training model and bring the teacher education evaluating system in line with the international conventions.
