水分胁迫下紫花苜蓿叶片含水量、质膜透性SOD、CAT活性变化与抗旱性关系研究 被引量:45

ALFALFA DROUGHT RESISTENCE: CORRELATED WITH CHANGES OF RELATIVE WATER CONTENT, MEMBRANE PERMEABILITY AND ACTIVITIES OF SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE AND CATALASE IN DIFFERENT WATER STRESS

摘要 本文对甘肃三个不同抗旱性紫花苜蓿的叶片含水量、质膜透性、SOD和CAT活性进行了测定。结果表明,水分胁迫6小时叶片含水量下降,质膜透性、SOD和CAT活性增加;胁迫12小时质膜透性、SOD活性下降,CAT活性上升。其变化幅度及变化类型与材料的抗旱性有密切相关。 The changes in relative water content,membrane permeability and activities of superoxide Dismutase (SOD)and Catalase(CAT) had been measured in three alfalfa treated by polyoxyethylene glycols (PEO) of different concentration for six hours and twelve hours. the results showed that during three alfalfa treated by different concentration of PEG 6000 for 6 hours, the relative water content in leaves of three alfalfa all decreased, the membrane permeability and activities of membrane protective enzymes (SOD and CAT) in leave of three alfalfa all increased. During three alfalfa treated by different concentration of PEG 6000 for 12 hours,the membrane permeability and SOD activity decreased,CAT activity increased. However, above-mentioned change tendency of four physiological indexes during three alfalfa treated by PEG 6000 varied with different drought-enduring capacity of different alfalfa variety. It will be seen from this that strong or weak of drought-enduring capacity in forage grass,such as alfalfa, correlated with the active level of biomembrane protective enzymes.
