摘要
研究了在硫酸铵存在下丙醇 亚硝基R盐 溴化十六烷基三甲铵体系萃取钴 (Ⅱ )的行为及丙醇水溶液的分相条件 ,结果表明 ,在pH 6 .2的NaOH KH2 PO4 缓冲溶液中 ,在硫酸铵存在下 ,钴 (Ⅱ ) 亚硝基R盐 CTMAB的离子缔合配合物可被丙醇相完全萃取 ,而Fe3 + 、Al3 + 、Cu2 + 、Ni2 + 、Cd2 + 、Zn2 + 、Mn2 + 等基本不被萃取。丙醇相中 ,配合物的最大吸收波长为 4 2 0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 5 .15× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,钴含量在 0~ 10 μg/5ml范围内符合比耳定律。经测定 ,配合物中钴与亚硝基R盐组成比为钴 (Ⅱ )∶R =1∶3。讨论了反应体系的萃取机理 ,方法已用于人发等生物样品中微量钴的测定 。
It was found that ammonium sulfate acted most effectively than some other inorganic salts as a salting out agent in the extraction of the ion-association complex of Co(Ⅱ), nitroso R salt and CTMAB with n-propanol. The above mentioned ternary ion-association complex was formed in a NaOH-KH 2PO 4 buffer solution of pH 6.2 in an aqueous solution containing 3ml of n-propanol and having a total volume of 10ml. Upon the addition of 2 5g of (NH 4) 2SO 4 and shaking for about 1min, the cobalt(Ⅱ) complex was extracted effectively into the propanol phase and a high extractivity of more than 98% was achieved. The absorbance of the complex in propanol phase was measured at its absorption maxima of 420nm with 1cm absorption cell. Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0 to 10μg of Co(Ⅱ) per 5ml of propanol, and its apparent molar absorptivity was found to be 5.15×10 4L·mol -1·cm -1. The mole ratio of Co(Ⅱ) to nitroso R salt in the complex was found to be 1 to 3. Results of the study of interference ions showed that amounts in mg of Fe 3+? Al 3+? Cu 2+? Ni 2+? Cd 2+? Zn 2+ and Mn 2+ were not extracted.
