催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜 被引量:17

摘要 研究了在氨水 NH4 Cl介质中 ,铜 (Ⅱ )催化H2 O2 氧化偶氮胭脂红的褪色反应条件 ,测定了反应的级数及表观活化能 ,建立了测定痕量铜的新方法。该方法的线性范围为 0~ 12 0ng·ml- 1,检出限为 0 .4ng·ml- 1。用该方法测定水样及人头发中铜 。 The color-fading reaction of azocarmine through its oxidation by hydrogen peroxide was found to be catalyzed by the presence of trace amounts of copper(Ⅱ) ion in an ammoniacal buffer solution. The conditions for the reaction were optimized, and the following results were obtained: correlation coefficient: 0.9993, absorption maxima: 510nm, order of reaction: 1st order kinetic reaction, activation energy: E a=48.63kJ·mol -1, range of linearity: 0~120ng of Cu 2+ per ml of solution, linear regression equation: lgA 0/A=0.13+0.24C(μg of Cu 2+ per 25ml of solution), detection limit (2S): 0.4ng of Cu 2+ per ml of solution. The method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of copper in human hair and in well water. The results obtained checked very well with those obtained by AAS method.
