过量氟对软骨的损害 被引量:30

摘要 在偏食条件下给大白鼠饮水中加氟化钠200mg/L,对鼠生长中软骨的影响主要表现为佝偻病样效应,即肥大软骨细胞明显增多。还可看到一系列代谢活跃的生化改变,包括^(35)S的掺入率上升,硫酸软骨素含量增加,乳酸脱氢酶、中性金属蛋白多糖降解酶活性增高等。取鸡胚关节软骨进行细胞培养,培养液中加氟0.2~1.4 mmol/L细胞可正常生长,并对蛋白多糖的合成起促进作用;氟浓度加大到2.0mmol/L时则表现为细胞毒作用,蛋白多糖合成能力下降。 The effects of excess fluoride on cartilage were studied in rats kept on a monotonous diet and drinking water supplemented sodium fluride 200mg/L. Rachitomimetic change with the increase of hypertrophied chondrocytes appeared in the growth plate and immature articular cartilage. In accordance with the morphologic change, a series of active metabolic changes, such as rises of ^(85)S incorporation and chondroitin sulfate content,increases of the activities of lactate dehydrogenase and neutral metalloproteoglycanase, were found in cartilage. In chick embryo articular chondrocyte culture, if the added fluoride was less than 1.4 mmol/L, normal cell growth was obtained with a significant rise in the synthesis of proteoglycan (PG). As the fluorjde concentration increaeed to 2.0 mmol/L, the cultured chondrocytes were damaged with a decrease of PG synthesis.
