摘要
小组教学是“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”工作中教学模式改革的有益尝试。小组教学适应开放教育学员的实际 ,能有效地提高教学质量和学习效率。依据开放教育学员的工作环境、学习水平、学习动机等因素 ,可以建立多种类型的学习小组 ;小组教学要突出开放教育网络条件下教师导学、导修 ,学生自主学习、个别化学习的特点。
Group Teaching is a renovated teaching mode in “Talent training mode renovation and open education pilot project”. It meets the student's needs and can improve the teaching quality and insure a more efficient learning. Different kinds of groups can be arranged on the basis of the students' working circumstances, levels and aims. Group teaching should focus on the guidance of the teacher, the learning impulse of the students, and the characteristics of each individuals. The teacher who is in charge of the course should play an important role in this kind of teaching.
