摘要
目的 以小鼠骨髓PCE微核率为指标 ,观察三种品牌的染发剂是否具有诱变性。方法 昆明种小鼠连续 5d经皮给予受试物 ,剂量分别为 5 0 0 0、2 5 0 0和 12 5 0mg/kg ,另设阴性和阳性对照组 ,观察小鼠骨髓嗜多染红胞微核率。结果 三种染发剂嗜多染红细胞微核率与阴性对照组比较均未见明显增高 (P >0 0 5 )。
Objective To study the mutagenesis of three kinds of hair dye using mouse bone marrow PCE micronucleus test. Methods The mice were divided into negative and positive control and three treated groups.Three kinds of hair dye were given for 5 days in doses of 5 000 , 2 500 , 1 250 mg/kg, and micronuclei in bone marrow PCE were analyzed. Results The micronucleus rates did not increase compared with the negative control ( P> 0.05). Conclusion The hair dye does not induce increases of micronucleus rates.
